Server Requirements for Latest Version

Web Server *
  • Windows Server 2000 and above
  • IIS 6 and above
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5/4.0
Database
  • Microsoft’s SQL Server 2008++
  • To estimate DB size, the following formula may be used:
    [(24.7 x # Patients)/1024] + 10MB = Total Database Size (MB)
    • Computed Average: 24.7 KB/Patient
    • Empty Database Size: 10.0 MB
    • 1MB = 1024 KB
    • 10% of MDF file = size of Log File
Notes
  • * Web server and database server may reside on the same physical machine.
  • ** For 10 or fewer users, Microsoft offers SQL Server Express at no charge.

Client Requirements

  • Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox, Safari 3+ and Chrome 12+
